Keynote Speaker Shows off His Raffle Prize

Colonel Ken Rizer, USAF (Retired) was the keynote speaker at our 242nd Marine Corps Ball. His company was great and his speech was wonderful. I think the highlight of the evening though, was when he won his raffle prize.
