Cuisine, Camaraderie and Corks

One of the traditions of the Cedar Valley Detachment is that we skip the formal meeting in December, and hold a potluck, where spouses and children are invited to attend. We held that potluck last night, and roughly 30 people came together for an evening of food and fellowship.

A highlight of the evening occurred when Marine Larry Chambers (pictured on the left in the image below) presented Commandant Cork (on the right) with the results of a genealogy search into the Cork family tree.
